For this development shoot I wanted to show the Barbie going through situations that other young girls have gone through because of societies standards and views of how girls should be. In the first photo the Barbie is preparing to have surgery on most of her body so that she can look how society wants her to. In some of the photo's Barbie is looking at herself in the mirror, thinking she looks a certain way when actually she looks the opposite. In the others she's seen over dosing on slimming pills.
